Beginner’s Yoga – Yoga Pose by Pose
Although these classes are designed for beginners (those completely new to yoga). they are also suitable if your fitness level is poor, if you are returning to exercise after a break, or following recovery from an illness or injury. In beginner’s Yoga you learn to connect to your core, your breath, and your bandhas. You also learn how to position your joints to protect them during Yogasana (Yoga postures or exercises). For those who would like to move on, you can then practice and deepen your knowledge in Learn to Power Flow. Beginner’s Yoga is suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. If on completion of 10-Beginner’s Yoga classes you don’t want to move on, you don’t have to, you can stay as long as you would like. If you would like to move on to Learn to Power Flow but are not yet fit enough you might like to try Group Reformer classes. If you would prefer something gentler than Beginner’s Yoga you might like to try Yin Yoga instead.
